The Scottish Government has developed a comprehensive e-learning package and reference tool, which provides detailed information on the key changes to Procurement Legislation in Scotland. This was part of a package of support to assist with the implementation of the new procurement legislation in Scotland. It is crucial that all public sector procurement professionals take the opportunity to update themselves on the changes that came into force 18 April 2016. The procurement system tools; Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), PCS-Tender and Procurement Journey have been developed to be compliant with the new regulations.
The e-learning reference pack is hosted on and available to download from the Professional Practice and Development Knowledge Hub group along with an FAQ that was created with questions asked at the face to face seminars.
